Illustrating recent historic events is not as easy as you might think.

Work on the documentary during the last two and a half years led us to the following Film, Video and Photo collections and archives. We thank everyone who made their marvelous images available in order to show you how Omaha looked through the decades.

We extend a special thank you to researchers at each of the historical society archives whose knowledge, expertise and time assisted us immensely in locating unique images to tell our story.

Very special thank yous go to several individuals and organizations including Bob Chenoweth, Paul Eisloeffel with the Nebraska State Historical Society Moving Images Collection and the KMTV News Archive for providing us with dynamic film and video images.

More thanks go to Lynn Meyer for his beautiful photographs of the Jobbers' Canyon buildings as well as to Vera Mertz-Mercer for her many distinctive photos of the Old Market. Thanks also to Rudy Smith who worked hard to help us find images to represent the African-American experience in Omaha, along with providing his own photos for our use.

Below is a complete list of those who provided images for our program, each makes a valuable contribution to the final documentary.
